Michael Ingram is a founding partner of Kirk & Ingram, where he represents executives, entrepreneurs, influencers, and companies on complex civil litigation matters and various legal initiatives. Michael helps his clients find strategic solutions to complicated problems spanning various technologies, business types, and legal issues.
Prior to Kirk & Ingram, Michael served as General Counsel to a major manufacturing and distribution company in the food and beverage space headquartered in Los Angeles. There he focused on internal investigations and various employment matters. Michael also brings extensive experience in the cryptocurrency space due to his prior experience co-managing a cryptocurrency hedge fund for several years. Michael also advised multiple technology companies on incorporation, fundraising, and corporate matters while an associate at the law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP.
Michael received a B.A. from Harvard University in 2010, where he founded HULAV, the Harvard Undergraduate Legal Aid Volunteers. Prior to law school, Michael worked for the Honorable Judge Dale Fischer United States District Court for the Central District of California. Michael graduated from Harvard Law School in 2015, where he served as editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Chair of the Harvard Association for Law and Business (HALB).
